At ReAlign, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking information once it has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship worldwide. Below are our estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination country)
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. This may be subject to change in the future, and any updates will be reflected on this page.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@ReAlign.com.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ReAlign has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you have any concerns.
6. Where We Ship From
ReAlign works with trusted fulfilment partners. Depending on your order and product availability, your insoles may be dispatched directly from our supplier or from our own stock. In either case, the quality and delivery standards remain the same.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
- Contact your local post office or customs office if applicable

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@ReAlign.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. ReAlign is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
