ReAlign - Posture Alignment Insoles Return PolicyEffective Date: June 15, 2025
ReAlign is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. This return policy clarifies the terms and conditions surrounding returns, ensuring compliance with European, UK, and international consumer protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The full set of items is included: the cardboard packaging, the storage case, and the insoles themselves.
- If additional products are purchased at a discount after the initial order, customers may return/cancel either the additional products or the entire order, including the original product. However, the original product cannot be refunded on its own.
2. Non-Returnable Items
ReAlign cannot accept returns if the full set of items is not included: the cardboard packaging, the storage case, and the insoles themselves.
Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles that show signs of excessive wear or have been used beyond trial purposes may not be eligible for return.
3. Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) and Multi-Unit Offers
For promotional offers involving multiple products (e.g., Buy 1, Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, or Buy 3 Get 2), customers are required to return all products received as part of the offer if they wish to initiate a return. Partial returns for such offers will not be accepted, and refunds will only be processed once all items from the promotional offer are returned in their original, unused condition.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact ReAlign at contact@ReAlign.it.com and provide their order number or the name under which the order was placed. ReAlign will then contact the customer via email with further instructions on how to return the product and receive a refund, including information on which warehouse to send the product to.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If a defective or damaged product is received, customers should contact ReAlign immediately upon receipt. ReAlign will offer a replacement or a refund, based on the customer's preference.
6. Product Variations
Due to ReAlign's commitment to continuous product improvement, the insoles received may slightly differ from the images on the website or promotional materials. By purchasing from ReAlign's online store, customers acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
7. Customer Feedback and Product Enhancement
ReAlign highly values customer feedback and actively incorporates it into the product development processes. Weekly adjustments to insole design reflect ReAlign's dedication to achieving maximum product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
8. Refunds
We love our ReAlign Insoles and we are confident you will too! That's why we offer a 30-Day Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the results, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of order.
To initiate a refund, please read the instructions below:
Email contact@ReAlign.it.com with your order number and reason(s) for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item you received.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
